After many years of dedicated service to clients and the community, David Sparrow and Therese Trieu are stepping back from their leadership roles at Sparrow & Trieu Solicitors. We are pleased to announce that Catherine Ye and Herbert Tuck will be taking on partnership roles and leading the firm into its next chapter.

Catherine Ye has been an integral part of Sparrow & Trieu Solicitors for over ten years. During this time, she has developed extensive experience in commercial real estate and family law, earning the trust of clients through her diligence, attention to detail, and practical approach to legal problem-solving. Catherine graduated from King’s College London and BPP University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading novels and collecting antiques.

Herbert Tuck joined the firm at the beginning of 2025, bringing with him a diverse legal background that includes immigration, family law, intellectual property, and commercial law. Prior to joining the firm, Herbert worked in-house at a UK-based automotive technology start-up, advising on emerging technologies, intellectual property, and commercial contracts. He is a graduate of the University of Westminster Law School, The University of Law, and Harvard Business School.

In his spare time, Herbert enjoys automotive culture and travel.

Together, Catherine and Herbert are committed to building on the firm’s reputation for trusted legal advice while continuing to modernise and expand its services to meet the evolving needs of clients.
