Herbert Tuck

Herbert Tuck is a Partner at Sparrow & Trieu Solicitors and is part of the new leadership of the firm alongside Catherine Ye, following the transition from founding partners David Sparrow and Therese Trieu.

Herbert joined the firm in 2025 and brings with him a broad and modern legal background spanning immigration law, family law, intellectual property, and commercial law. His practice focuses on advising individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses on complex legal matters, particularly where international, commercial, and regulatory issues intersect.

Prior to joining Sparrow & Trieu Solicitors, Herbert worked in-house at a UK-based automotive technology start-up, where he advised on emerging technologies, intellectual property, and commercial contracts. This experience gives him a strong understanding of the legal and commercial challenges faced by modern businesses and fast-growing companies.

Herbert is a graduate of the University of Westminster Law School, The University of Law, and Harvard Business School, combining legal training with a strong commercial perspective.

Alongside his legal work, Herbert has a keen interest in automotive culture, technology, and international travel. He is committed to helping modernise and expand the firm's services while maintaining the trusted client relationships that Sparrow & Trieu Solicitors has built over decades.
